Where is the piece made?
All of the jewellery is made by me in my studio in Kapiti, New Zealand, from local and imported materials.
The picture on my jewellery is not exactly the same as the picture on the website.
Some of the pieces are made with craft paper and as such may vary slightly from piece to piece. Care is taken to keep the spirit of the piece as close to the displayed picture as possible.
Please keep in mind that colours vary from one computer screen to another, so the colour of the piece may vary slightly from what you have seen.
If you are not happy with the quality of the piece, I will replace it or give you store credit for the value of the piece (photograph of quality defect will need to be provided).
Once made, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, but I am happy to give you store credit to the amount originally purchased if the product has not been sent.
Although the pieces are water resistant, they are not meant for wearing in the shower or whilst swimming.
Brass and resin pieces are made with raw brass backing, and will darken over time. If you wish the back of your piece to stay bright, please polish with Brasso or other metal cleaner, or apply tomato sauce to the piece and leave for 10 minutes before wiping off (I know, weird right?!)
I saw an item that I liked at a market but it's not here on your website
I do many markets and sometimes have one off or short run products. I gauge public interest in that item via a market stall. If you saw something you liked there and it's not on here, just send me an email and I will confirm whether I can supply to product to you.
